Peabody Afloat- Top picture shows how the flash flood twisted railroad tracks in Peabody. Bottom photo shows how citizens and dogs got about today, before the waters dropped. They are rowing on Foster St., where the damage was the worst. The flood damage has been set at $1 million dollars. The heart of the business district was inundated.
