Montreal Out. Montreal, June 10 – Congratulates New Man – Claude Ruel (left), 29, is congratulated by Toe Blake today after he was named coach of Montreal Canadiens of the national Hockey League. Blake retired from the post last month after 13 years during which he brought Montreal eight Stanley Cups. Sam Pollock, general manager of the club, looks on.
