One who was helped by the “March of Dimes” is Mrs. Muriel Broderick, of Dorchester, a polio victim, who is able to carry on her household tasks with the aid of an adjustable wheel chair provided by the dimes sent in to the polio foundation. The last four years have seen the worst polio epidemics in all history, making the necessary for the March of Dimes to move faster than ever.
