When Phyllisa Farnor was a little girl she sat on her 94-year-old grandfather's knee and listen to stories of early days working on railroads. Now at 24, the petite brunette is one of six women hostesses for Amtrak, the new quasi-governmental corporation which took over operation of most of the nation's passenger trains May 1.
