Karen Baxter, 15-year-old runaway from Cambridge, Mass., was found dead in a cheap Manhattan hotel Feb. 22, strangled by one of her pickups. Karen was one of a million teenagers under 18 who ran away from home last year and one of the thousand runaways turning to prostitution to survive.
