Moment of Confrontation-- This was the moment of confrontation as Vietnam Day Committee marchers approached police lines at the Oakland-Berkeley city limits today. It was the second day the marchers tried to march 71/2 miles from Berkeley to the Oakland Army terminal as a protest to U.S. action in Vietnam. No effort was made to break through the police lines.
