John Conner, 40-year-old construction worker engineer, sits dejectedly in a police car today as he was taken to prison here for questioning in the fatal shooting of his three children as they prepared to leave for school this morning. The young victims are Celia, 5; Michael, 8; and Stephane, 11. Coroner John Sims said each child was killed with one charge from a shotgun.
