Patients Evacuated from Alaska -- Forty-eight patients evacuated from quake damaged Elmendorf Air Force Base Hospital in Alaska arrived at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., tonight. Here some of the patients are made comfortable in a converted bus for transfer to the base hospital. Travis Air Force Base spokesmen said the patients were evacuated from the Alaskan hospital because of quake damage to the structure.
