The Paths of Dora and Ether--Map shows the erratic path of Dora which whipped herself into a tropical storm over central Georgia today and threatened to become a hurricane once again as she plowed toward the Atlantic Ocean. Open arrow indicates path of Hurricane Ethel that was giving Bermuda a lashing with winds of 70 miles an hour. Gale warnings were hoisted from St. Augustine, Fla., to Cape May, N.J.
