Mock War at City Hall--Boston office workers stand in a circle to watch members of a group of Vietnam Veterans Against the War stage a mock search-and-destroy mission at City Hall plaza Wednesday morning. Some 30 men dressed in army fatigues and armed with toy M-16 rifles "attacked” a subway exits and took “prisoners” from among the spectators. The “prisoners” were members of the group.
