Missy, a brown mare, goes down on her front legs and prepares to gather her hind legs under her as her owner, Carol Bennett, prepares to mount. Missy is the same horse that left her crippled during a riding accident. "I like Missy," says Carol. "I was trying to train her myself and didn't know enough then. I wanted to get back on."
