Clutching her adopted daughter's favorite doll, "Sandy," heartbroken Mrs. Ann Glick kept close to the telephone in her Washington Elms, Cambridge, Mass., apartment today, refusing to believe that the child might have fallen off Union Boat Club Pier on Esplanade into the Charles River. Although only six, the child had the appearance and wore clothes the size of a ten-year-old girl.
