No More Raking. This Portland, Me., Park Department converted tree sprayer, saves a lot of scraping with hand rakes by blowing leaves into piles where they can be picked up easily by trucks. Manning the converted sprayer are Richard Anderson, at the upper directional wheel and Edward Halpin guiding the vehicle up front.
