No. It's Not a Waterfall--Heavy ice sheeting resembling a waterfall hangs from a cable on the outside edge of Mohawk park reservoir, huge storage basis for the Tulsa city water supply. It was formed by wind-shipped waves from the other side. The ice field in front is from frozen spray. The largest baubles are from sic to eight inches across.
