No Business on Broadway--There was no business on part of Broadway, a few blocks east of the principal downtown area in Louisville, after Beargrass Creek went on a rampage. The creek, normally about ankle deep, was among many streams to overflow yesterday as the city was drenched by a record 6.98 inch rain in 24 hours. About 100 cars in an auto firm at the left were moved to dry land.
