Old Time Baseball Reenacted at Polo Grounds in Program Marking 60th Anniversary of Nat'l League. "Gen. Ulysses S. Grant," impersonated by J.A. Collier, and "Diamond Jim Brady," impersonated by Ray Andres, show their approval of a play in the old time game played at the Polo Grounds today between two picked teams of youngsters posing as the old Knickerbockers and Atlantics and playing under the rules of 1876. The old time game was part of the celebrations at the field marking the 60th anniversary of the founding of the National League, and was played before the regular game between the Giants and the Phillies.
