What's in a name? For blonde, 23-year-old Miss Ralph D. Jackson, 85 River St., Back Bay is trouble. After a recent threat of arrest for not paying a poll tax - and women in this state are not subject to poll tax - Miss Jackson on Monday received notice to appear at City Hall Annex today for jury duty. And women in Massachusetts can't serve on juries. "Miss Jackson, social register poet and daughter of Ralph T. Jackson, engineer in charge of the proposed garage under Boston Common, is more than somewhat put out. But, in the interests of womankind, she is "ready and anxious to appear and serve."
