Pamella Proctor, brown hair, green eyes, beauty from Marblehead was chosen Miss Massachusetts last night at a Boston theatre. Pamella is the second member of her family to win the title. Her mother, Mrs. John H. Proctor, took the honors in 1940 when she represented Bedford, Mass., as Polly Connors.
