Miss L.B. Floyd, 22, holds a picture of her 14-month-old son which she claims was fathered by Terry Francois, a leader in the local Negro community and past president of the San Francisco branch of the NAACP. She said a suit would be filed 7/9 seeking to establish paternity and asking for "reasonable support" of the child. Francois, 42, married and the father of four sons, has denied the charge.
