The 18-year-old Terros House staff members is doing night call -- midnight to 11 a.m. -- at the clinic for drug users in Phoenix, Ariz. With a nurse standing by and drug wise kids ready to help, the clinic is one of the community projects which have sprung up, even without federal funds, to reach and to assist youngsters with drug problems.
