Next U.S. Commander in Vietnam?-- Lt. Gen. Creighton W. Abrams, deputy to Gen. William C. Westmoreland, is considered to be Westmoreland's likely successor as commander of U.S. military forces in Vietnam. He arrived in Washington last night to confer with President Johnson.
