Long Beach, Calif. -- Lonnie Efton Stewart, a divorced 64-year-old carpenter, poses in Long Beach, Calif. today with his bride, Barbara Gail Gillette, an 18-year-old divorcee. They said they were married last week with the consent of her parents, with whom they're living temporarily. The new Mrs. Stewart said she wed a member of the armed forces in Palestine, Tex. when she was 15, but when he went overseas they were divorced. Stewart divorced his wife seven years ago.
