Newark Mayor Takes Fifth-- Mayor Hugh Addonizio leaves federal courthouse in Newark today where he refused to testify before a federal grand jury investigating alleged municipal corruption. Addonizio invoked the Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination eight times, once when asked if he knew an alleged Cosa Nostra chieftain.
