New York: Some 430 caskets containing bodies of those whose burial has been canceled by the almost two-month-old cemetery workers' strike are blessed 3/4 by Monsignor Gustav Schultheiss, pastor of St. Raymond's in the Bronx. Gov. Rockefeller asked the New York State Legislature 3/4 to approve a bill to impose compulsory arbitration in the grave diggers strike unless a voluntary settlement is reached within 48 hours.
