New York -- Out of Boxing -- Tommy Ryan, manager of middleweight boxer Rocky Castellani, wears a grim expression as he leaves the New York State Athletic Commission office here today following revocation of his license for life and a $3,000 fine. Ryan had been under suspension since his attack on a referee and other officials in a Madison Square Garden ring Jan. 11 after his fighter had been declared a TKO victim in the Castellani-Durando match.
