New York -- Make-Up Time -- Canadian figure skater Barbara Ann Scott touches up her makeup at International airport here today following her arrival from Zurich, Switzerland, where she has appeared in ice skating exhibitions. She said she is enroute to Chicago to join an ice revue scheduled to open in Milwaukee, Wis., Nov. 7, in the start of a winter tour that will include appearances at Madison Square Garden here next January.
