Giuseppina, left, and Santina Foglia, seven-year-old former Siamese twins who were separated in a five-hour operation in May, 1965, are shown with their mother, Mrs. Elide Foglia, and their baby brother, Fulvio, born last January. The twins are in a boarding school at Gardone, Italy. Mrs. Tumminelli, owner of the school, says the girls "are extraordinarily vital and lively."
