A New Tool for divers has been developed by the Oceanautic Manufacturing and Research Co. of Cincinnati. Called "Seapower," it features a quick change adapter which permits the diver to rapidly replace one accessory with another. Accessories include rotary drills, corers, socket wrenches, saws, chippers, hole saws, scrappers, and grinders.
