New Penn Coach - Steve Sebo, named today as head football coach at the University of Pennsylvania, accepts symbol of his trade from his predecessor, George Munger (r). Sebo, a graduate of Michigan State (1937) and backfield coach there the past three years, is the 14th man to take the Penn coaching job. Munger recently retired after 16 years as head coach to become Director of Physical Education at Penn.
