New Metal Suit Enables Diver to Work at 200 Feet Below Surface. A new all-metal diving suit has just been perfected by H. L. Bowdoin, of Whitestone, L. I., which, it is claimed, will enable a diver to descend 200 feet below the surface of the water with perfect safety. Mr. Bowdoin declares that he himself has gone down 200 feet and remained there for over forty-five minutes. The outfit weighs 1,400 pounds.
