New Cars Frozen-- Twelve barges, in two groups of sic each (shown by arrows) were ice bound today in the Ohio River near here. Eleven of the barges are loaded with 406 new automobiles valued at $500,000. Standard Oil Terminal of Cincinnati, barge owners, says "ay attempt to remove cars across ice to shore if river remains frozen. Kentucky shoreline is shown at right.
