Nella Bogart, 32-year-old Polish refugee, is shown at federal court today after she was acquitted of two Mann Act charges. An all-male. jury, deliberating only 35 minutes brought in its verdict after Judge Dimock called the prosecution's evidence "entirely circumstantial." Miss Bogart had been accused of ferrying $100 call-girls across the Hudson River to entertain customers at two sales conventions of the General Electric Co., in Newark.
