Nearly a Victim--A pleasure fishing boat, partially swamped when Hurricane Hazel kicked up heavy seas in the area yesterday, managed to ride out the storm although it was nearly submerged. The owner of a smaller craft moored nearby checks the boat for damage after the storm rode on northward.
