Nayyara Mirza, Miss India, gets a hand with her hair from Miss Bolivia, Marcela Montoya Garcia, during a break in rehersals for the Miss Universe Pageant, Miss India's 4 1/2-feet long hair took her four years to grow, and despite problems in upkeep, she would like it to get even longer. Miss Universe will be selected here 7/15.
