The six young ladies pictured above have been selected by the Springfield (Mass.) Press Photographers as their entries in the Miss new England Press Photographer context being sponsored by the New England region of the National Press Photographers Association to be held May 14-15 at Storrowton on the grounds of the Eastern States Exhibition. They are (l to r)- Nancy Hawkins, Jean Dernago, Carole Gitberg, Nancy Kibbe, Doris Martel and Ruth Schreiber. Winner of the New England contest will win an all-expense trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado, to compete in the national contest being held at the Bradmoor Hotel, June 11.
