Named by Miss Bentley - In - Investigating committee, Elizabeth Bentley, former Soviet agent, named Victor Perlo (left) and John Abt (right) as members of a communist spy ring that turned over U.S. war secrets to Russian agents. Perlo is a former War Production Board official. Abt was formerly with the CIO-PAC.
