Name changed

Madison, Wis. -- Circuit Judge Norris Maloney has granted permission for Mrs. Richard Smuckler, 25, of Madison, to change her name to her maiden name of Stephanie Twin. Her husband of three years encouraged her to make the change. The court said there is no law requiring a married woman to take her husband's name.
