Saginaw, Mich..... Photo of Wanda May Wheatley, 20-year-old telegraph agency employee, whose battered body was found in a wood near Bridgeport, Mich., the victim of an unknown murderer. It was revealed at the inquest that the girl had been criminally assaulted and then beaten to death. Police are seeking the driver of "a maroon car". Friends of the girl said that she had complained about an attempt to molest her previous to her disappearance on Monday night.
