In recognition of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Telephone Pioneers of America in Boston on November 2, 1911, Mayor John F. Collins of Boston signs a proclamation declaring the week of October 29th as Pioneer Week. Seated beside Mayor Collins is Miss Clara J. Burns, Second Vice President of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Standing, left to right, Robert F. Grantham, president of the Boston Life Member Club, Telephone Pioneers of America; Frank H.
