Fergus Falls, Minn: Mrs. Velda Stangvik, 21, and her two small children were found slain in their home here 7/5. She had been stabbed 30 times. Each of the children's throats had been slashed in their cribs. The police issued an immediate "all points bulletin" for the husband, Philip C. Stangvik, 26, a mental patient on leave from the Fergus Falls State Hospital for the 4th of July weekend.
