Mrs. Ruth Brougher, a blond man killer who was brought from her Lowell, Fla., prison cell is shown as she testified before the Senate Labor Rackets Committee 8/20. Mrs. Brougher, serving a 15-year manslaughter term for the 1954 shooting of Murray Dubois, was to be questioned about her romance with "strong-arm" Teamster Barney Baker.
