Mrs. Prito Dass, 32, holds her shotgun out of sight on the verandah of her house in the farming town of Ngaruawahia south of here 7/8. With her face painted black and wearing a bandolier of cartridges, Mrs. Dass, an Indian, has kept police at bay after barricading herself and her children in the house. Armed police were rushed to the house after neighbors reported that the woman had fired several shots at them.
