Mrs. Patricia Schneider

Mrs. Patricia Schneider, 25 year old Brighton cocktail waitress, pleaded innocent Monday in Brighton District Court to the stab murder of her husband of five weeks. She was held without bail by Judge John J. Sullivan who continued her case until Nov. 26? Police charged that Mrs. Schneider, mother of a three year old daughter by a previous marriage, stabbed her husband Richard, 31, through the heart with a kitchen knife Sunday in their apartment at 12 Litchfield st. They said she told them the stabbing took place after the husband choked her and threatened to kill her.
