Milk River Spills Into Havre--Air view of rampaging Milk River, swollen by rapidly-melting snow in Bearpaw Mountains south of here, as it floods north and west sections of town. Twelve-hundred persons have been driven from their homes and martial law has been clamped on the northern Montana city of 8,000 to prevent looting. Residence and business houses shown here sustained severe flood damage. Total damage is estimated at $300,000 or more.
