Massive Traffic Tieup created yesterday on southbound side of Central Artery as tractor trailer, out of the picture at bottom right, overturned. Traffic from Mystic River Bridge and Storrow Drive was rerouted down ramp at left through Dock Sq. while wrecker attempted to right the trailer.
