With bruises on her face, Mrs. June Greig, 29, of Floral Park, N.Y., arrives at police station here 5/3 where she was charged with manslaughter in slaying of her husband, Andrew, 36. Mrs. Greig, mother of four, said he stabbed her husband with an ice pick when he came at her with a balling hook, police said.
