Miami: Turn-about Hurricane Inez was centered a short distance west-northwest of Marathon, Fla., and 90 miles south of Miami at 6 P.M., EDT, 10/4. Its highest winds were estimated at 85 m.p.h. The hurricane is moving on a course slightly south of due west at 12 miles an hour and is forecast to move on a westerly course at 12 miles an hour during the next 12 to 24 hours.
