Miami: Tropical storm Inez, her winds now down to 60 miles per hour, was drifting northward at five miles per hour at 11 A.M. (EST), the Miami Weather Bureau reported 10/2. Gale warnings are in effect on the Florida Keys. It is thought that Inez may eventually increase to hurricane force.
