Miami: Hurricane Camille is stalled about 360 miles south of Panama City, Fla., but continues to pose a threat to Florida as it is expected to resume a north-north-west movement 8/16. Packing winds of 150 miles per hour, Camille is the second most powerful storm in this century. Meanwhile, Hurricane Debbie has been marked for an experiment in reducing the strength of the storm by means of seeding with silver iodide crystals.
