Miami Beach, Fla-- One of two men who claimed "salvage rights" after they swam to the Coast Guard cutter "Point Thar her" which was stranded during hurricane Inez, is hauled away by Coast Guard men. The men claimed they had salvage rights since the 82-footer had been abandoned. The Coast Guard did not press charges against them.
